We take pride in how we operate which is why we were keen to obtain recognition by achieving our ISO9001:2008 accreditation and continually striving to ensure we comply with all aspects of it as we carry out our day to day operations. We are a corporate member of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation, regularly passing our compliance audit and in constant communication with them to ensure we are fully informed of changing legislation and trends within the recruitment industry. We adhere to the REC’s Code of Professional Practice at all times, taking the 10 Principles very seriously.

In addition we hold a Gangmaster’s License and are a member of the GLA and we are also members of the Association of Labour Providers as we believe being part of a specialist trade association can only benefit our clients by extending our knowledge and understanding of the industry.

One of our priorities with our candidates is to assist them in their training & development which is why we took the decision in 2007 to set up a CSCS Testing centre within our offices. This enables our candidates to sit a variety of Construction Skills Certificate Scheme Tests and apply for the relevant cards to prove their qualifications, more recently we have partnered with a Training assessor to be able to delivery One day Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness Courses and QCF Levels 1 -7 in Construction and other business related activities. This has helped our own operatives to develop and add to their existing skills and qualifications but we have also opened up the facility to all of our valued clients so that they can make use of the training facilities we provide for their own permanent employees.
