Assistant Manager – Sittingbourne
Up to £30,000
45hrs per week, Monday-Sunday rota
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a national fast fit business to recruit for an Assistant Manager to join their Sittingbourne branch.
As the Assistant Manager you will assist the Centre Manager in the daily running of the Centre as well as remain hands on to assist the team by carry out vehicle servicing and repair during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in the day to day running of the centre
- Play a key part in centre targets including key performance targets
- Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
- Assist with training and mentoring of employees.
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in Mechanical Technician position
- An NVQ qualification Level 2 or 3 or equivalent
- Full valid driving licence
