Centre Manager – Leeds
Up to £30,000 Basic Salary DOE, £35,000-£40,000 OTE
Monday – Saturday – 45hrs per week
This role will suit a Branch Manager or Centre Manager or Service Manager who has worked in automotive or car or dealership or fast fit or tyres
We have a vacancy for a Manager with a Mechanical/Automotive/Fast Fit/Tyre background for an immediate start in a busy fast fit centre.
As the Centre Manager you will:
- Lead the operation and daily running of the depot.
- Play a key part in the Centre targets including key performance targets.
- Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
- Implement and enforce company procedures and policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage centre budgets and sales targets
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Manage workflow through the workshop to achieve efficiencies.
- Manage and train staff
Benefits/Perks:
- Basic Salary circa up to £30,000 DOE
- Bonus available OTE £35,000-£40,000
