Our client’s main aim is to make life easier for their customers who are looking to buy a new car. Every customer they work with is looking for support in their car purchase, whether this is done through sourcing the finance or the car itself – with the aim to make this process as quick and hassle free as possible.
Job Roles / Responsibility
- As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you’ll be focused on tailoring the best possible solutions to get your clients into their new vehicle – guiding each customer through their car purchasing journey. From initial contact to helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
- Your aim will be to find the customer the best possible agreement and build relationships that ensure these customers come back to you in the future.
- This will be done through working closely with external partners and dedicated support teams.
- Selling finance packages over the phone to pre-qualified clients (Hire Purchase/ Contract Hire / Personal Contract Purchase/ Lease Purchase/Finance lease).
- Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system.
- Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements.
- Sourcing of required client vehicles.
