Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our client. a large regional contractor.

They are looking for talented Quantity Surveyors with solid track record/experience to be part of the team working on and in partnership with housing associations.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and site staff.
• Help maintain financial control of projects including monthly valuations, job costing reviews and final accounts.
• Assist in the commercial activities of the business and provide support/advice in this regard to the Projects Managers as required.
• Complete and submit project documentation and correspondence within agreed timeframes.
