Internal Sales Berkshire (350)
My Client,is a National Electrical Wholesaler with branches throughout the UK, have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver fantastic customer service to join their highly successful branch in the Berkshire Area as an Internal Sales Person.
The role will involve responding to enquiries from customers, providing quotations and processing orders
Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities
Identify product requirements, ordering and sourcing as required
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to customers
Previous wholesale experience is essential as you will need to have good product knowledge.
First class customer service skills and a proactive, helpful approach is essential
Strong people skills, with the ability to easily develop business customer relationships
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable
The role is a full time permanent position Monday – Friday 7.30AM – 17.00PM and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
