Have you got experience as a “360” Recruitment Consultant (Minimum 1yrs +)? Perhaps you have a strong background in another Telephone based role eg (Telesales) – that is also a targeted based environment.

Premier Recruitment Solutions are a long established recruitment company based in Central Southampton. For nearly 15 years we have been a well know recruitment face within the Construction / Trades & Labour arena.
Our Commercial Division was established 18 -24 Months ago, and this is where we want you! This is where we are planning a lot of our growth around. Now is the ideal time to join us and be part of our journey!
Our Commercial Division covers across a number of sectors – all covering permanent recruitment and the sectors are predominately classed as fast paced sales desks. As such it would be beneficial if your recruitment experience has been working on fast paced desks. If you were able to offer an occupational competency within a sales / customer service sector on top of your recruitment experience that would be advantageous too! (Eg you had experience working as an Estate Agent, New Homes Sales Negotiator or within Telesales)
How do you see yourself developing a desk? Do you feel your skills would be best suited to recruiting for more “adhoc” / “one off” positions from your clients, or do you feel you would be best suited to recruit for clients where you have volume / repeat business? We have a number of desks that we could consider someone for based on what your answer is to the previous question!
We have recently invested in a new state of the art CRM system and we are also investing in our website and marketing.
We have also recently introduced across the Commercial Division a Pay Scale / Salary Banding initiative. Coupled with our Competency Framework, this gives every member of the team transparency on what is required to achieve commission & bonus as well as career progression.
