Do you have experience within a Business Development Manager role? Are you self-motivated and driven to succeed? Have you been responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking out and developing new business through a variety of different sales techniques. There will be an element of Cold Calling involved within this role so it is important that you are confident and have an excellent telephone manner when speaking with prospective clients.
You will be tasked with establishing customer’s needs and selling products accordingly, therefore you will have to spend time getting to know the products that you are selling. Within this role you will be working closely with the other teams within the company to help each other identify new markets and opportunities.
Going out and meeting with clients will be a key part of this role as well, therefore you will have to have a clean UK driving licence and be comfortable when dealing with client’s face-face. You will be expected to meet targets within the company, therefore it is extremely important that you have the drive to reach these. You will receive a healthy Commission Structure in return.
The Base salary for this role is from £24,000 – £28,000 + Commission
