Role Overview -Insurance Sales Consultant:
Salary negotiable £18,000 – £25,000
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday – 8am – Noon. (Rota dependent on company requirements)
This role will require you to consult with potential/ existing customer helping them with there insurance needs from car, van through to commercial, every call will be different and will require you to have a full understanding of the different options and products we have available.

The successful candidates will:
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, an enthusiastic sales ability and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Deal confidently with clients face to face and over the telephone
•Be self-motivated and be highly driven individuals
Ideally, the candidate will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance. This is not essential, however, as full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications (Certificate in Insurance, CII, obtained ideally within 12 months).
If the candidate takes the initiative, our policy of internal development will ensure that there is plenty of scope to progress.
