A well established regional developer (covering across Yorkshire and the Midlands) are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager (New Homes Sales Negotiator) on a Full Time basis. This role is a “floating” role – you will be covering across the Midlands (Derbyshire and up to Chesterfield). This role is to work within this Developers “East Midlands” region. It is likely that the majority of your time initially will be spent on sites in and around Burton-on-Trent and Chesterfield.
The developer is very open to candidates with transferable skills – a good proportion of the workforce have minimal New Homes experience, it more important your Sales (closing a deal) and Customer Service experience – along with your personality and attitude for the job. Clearly sales experience / expertise is an important element of the job. Whilst the Developer is hot on the level of customer service they offer, this is ultimately a sales position. As such you must be clear that this role is about making the sale and closing the deal.
Typically within the New Homes sector, candidates from Cabin Crew / Travel Agency / Car Sales / Estate Agency tend to be viewed as having good transferable skills. Historically this Developer has had an emphasis on Customer Service when they take on new staff, however this role is very much about the sale (whilst offering exemplary customer service) and closing the deal. This must be reflected in your experience.

Working hours: 10am-5pm. You must be happy to work every weekend to be considered for this role.
