When we started Premier Recruitment Solutions in 2005, we all made a commitment. Our goal was to create a recruitment company that didn’t just replicate the businesses that were already in the marketplace.

Having come from a military background, I wanted us to harness the values and qualities that have become the bedrock of the British Armed Forces: honesty, responsibility, commitment, excellence, and camaraderie.
